Spreading Warmth and Dignity: A Blanket & Garment Distribution Drive for the Sabar Community in Purulia
๐In the heart of rural West Bengal, where the chill of winter often goes unnoticed by the mainstream, a powerful act of compassion unfolded. AIM Foundation undertook a meaningful initiative to support the Sabar community, one of India's most marginalized tribal groups, by distributing blankets and winter garments in five remote villages of Purulia: Kultan, Khunditar, Gogda, Bhutam, and Dandudi. ๐The Need: The Sabar community, historically neglected and socially excluded, continues to live in poverty and faces harsh seasonal conditions with limited resources.
